We heard that many of our customers were asking us for more visibility of their orders and we decided to work on this.
We created an accelerated order tracking system that will send our customers the full tracking details as soon as the cartons of an order are closed and labeled.This can help prevent errors and save time and money in case of any mistake.
More important as our customer base shifts to partners that save by buying complete solutions sets from ABP tech we learned that one of the problems for partners was to know where to find what when installing.
We also fixed this problem by creating a new Order Visibility Tracking Report that will show not only order tracking by carton with link to carrier tracking but also the content of each one of the cartons.
Last but not least we append a summary of full order status including any backlogs. You do not need to do anything as all our customers will start getting these reports this month.
